PRESET PROGRAMS:
The Sole E20 Cross Trainer console has five different programs that have been designed for a variety of workouts.
These five programs have factory preset work level profiles for achieving different goal.
Hill:
The Hill program simulates going up and down a hill. Pedal resistance steadily increases and decreases during the program.
Fat Burn:
The Fat Burn program maximises the burning of fat. Most experts agree the best way to burn fat is to exercise at a lower exertion level during a steady workload.
Cardio:
The Cardio program increases your cardiovascular function and endurance. This is exercise for your heart and lungs.
Strength:
The Strength program is designed to increase muscular strength in your lower body. This program will steadily increase in
resistance to a high level and forces you to sustain it. This is designed to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes (muscles of the butt).
Interval:
The Interval program takes you through high levels
of intensity followed by
periods of low intensity.
